Qiang Liu

Qiang Liu received the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from Stony Brook University, Stony Brook, NY, USA, in 2014. He was a Research Associate with the Computational Sciences and Engineering Division, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Oak Ridge, TN, USA, from 2015 to 2018. He has published more than 40 peer-reviewed papers in prestigious journals and conference proceedings. His research interests include networked data and information fusion, signal/target detection and estimation, statistical signal processing, machine learning, wireless sensor networks, cognitive radios, cyber-physical systems, transport protocols, high performance computing, and software-defined networking. He has received several best paper and travel grant awards.
