Prashant Singh

Dr. Prashant Singh is Scientist in Ames Laboratory. His research melds modern electronic-structure methods, data informatics and their computational solutions to explain many phenomena (e.g., phase transformation, Fermi surface), predicting new ones and interpret experiments in materials like high-entropy alloys, steels and MAX phase for high-temperature application. His work led to 60+ peer-reviewed publications and prestigious Department of Energy funding from AMO and ARPA-E.
