Current: Working as Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Florida
Previously: Worked as biological scientist II at Powell Gene Therapy Center (UF) on viral vector upstream & downstream process development (PD)
Future Goal: To acquire technical skills and knowledge for developing cost-effective therapies

Work experience:
1. Nearly 7 years of industrial research experience in Process Development of Gene Therapy-related vectors and mAbs. Downstream Processing, Upstream process development of both adherent and suspension cell systems, in-process analytics
2. Executed experiments in downstream purification for viral vectors, mAbs, fAbs, hormones, fusion proteins, peptides generated from microbial and mammalian cell culture
3. Executed experiments for different projects on process optimization, & in-process analytics while maintaining cGLP and cGMP environment (during technology transfer, consistency batches)
About me: I love to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and strict timeline environment where I can utilize and enhance my competencies according to the requirement of the project; which will eventually benefit the future of mine and my employer.
Skilled in: bioreactor processing, process development, gene therapy-related viral vectors, Preparative and analytical chromatography (FPLC, HPLC, UPLC), SDS-PAGE, 2DE, WB, ELISA, colorimetric assays, cell-based assays, GCA, PFU assays, HF-TFF, UF/DF, GLP, Mammalian cell culturing, sterile bioreactor operations, orthogonal approach for low endotoxin and viruses in mAb products, low endotoxins in viral vector products
Future: Want to develop skills in biopharma, initial drug molecule screening, continuous upstream and downstream processing, drug development, animal studies, etc.
