Pierre R. Marcoux

My thesis at the IMN (Nantes) was dedicated to covalent functionalisation of single-wall carbon nanotubes and their use as template in the synthesis of mesoporous materials. After several years as a post-doctoral fellow in the field of chemistry of nanomaterials, I joined LETI in Grenoble in 2006. My current research activities focus on rapid phenotypic methods in diagnostic microbiology: elastic and inelastic scattering of light, digital microbiology, microbial volatile organic compounds.
