Bio
Post-doctoral researcher, my research focus on the development of 3D bone marrow models for the study of thrombocytopenia, focusing on the development of various bioreactor for ex-vivo platelet production purpose. The goal of the study is to combine the amazing property of silk fibroin biomaterial with the innovative 3D bioprinting technology to provide the correct physical and biochemical microenvironment to megakaryocytes to optimize ex-vivo platelet production.
Previously, he worked on the role of PI3Ks on the platelet functions and thrombus formation using in particular microfluidic/videomicroscopy approach (INSERM U1048 Toulouse, France).
