Bio

Currently I am working on the Wellcome Trust funded MYRIAD project (My Resilience in Adolescence) as a research assistant. This is as a large cluster-RCT aiming to establish whether mindfulness training provided during adolescence as part of the school curriculum is cost-effective and effective in improving wellbeing.
