Bio
Philippe Leveque (Member, IEEE) was born in Poitiers, France, in 1964. He received the Ph.D. degree in electronics, electrotechnics, and optics from the University of Limoges, Limoges, France, in 1994.
In 1995, he joined the CNRS. He is involved in the development of dosimetry and exposure setups for health-risk assessment in cooperation with biological and medical research groups. He is currently a Senior Scientist with the CNRS and the Group Leader of Bioelectromagnetics Team with the XLIM Research Institute focusing on nanopulse application. His research interest includes the scattering problems of electromagnetic waves, particularly in the time domain.
