Dr. Weinstein brings his expertise on human and rodent neuroanatomy and neurotrauma to the IND's research efforts, particularly in the areas of CTE and TBI. His previous research and clinical activities have been in the areas of reperfusion injury after focal cerebral ischemia in stroke, as well as spinal nerve and cord injury due to stenosis, deformity, and trauma.
