Bio
长期从事稻田培肥与养分管理工作,组织团队协同攻关,发明了前氮后移施肥新技术并进行了技术的轻简化,构建了1次侧深施控释掺混肥新技术,解决了寒地水稻施肥技术复杂,不利于推广等难题,促进了技术大面积应用。研发了稻田秸秆还田少搅浆固碳培肥技术,解决了培肥与丰产难以统一的难题。上述2项技术获颁黑龙江省地方标准,并被黑龙江省农业农村厅列为农业主推技术,在黑龙江、吉林和内蒙古等省与自治区进行大面积示范推广。近5年技术应用超4000万亩,培训农民和技术人员260多万人次,促进农民节肥10%以上,增产约10%,增收节支40多亿元,实现土壤培肥、水稻高产、养分高效和低碳环保相协调的目标,为黑龙江省水稻产业绿色发展提供有力支撑,相关研究处于国内领先水平。曾获黑龙江省省长特别奖、科技进步一等奖和二等奖各1项,发表科研论文70余篇,其中SCI论文10余篇。
