个人简介
Pavel Grinchuk received his Ph.D. degree in Thermophysics and Molecular Physics in 2004 and the Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences degree in 2014, both from the A.V. Luikov Heat and Mass Transfer Institute (HMTI, www.itmo.by) of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (Minsk, Belarus). He became an head of Radiation-Convective Heat Exchange Laboratory in 2006, an head of Thermophysics Department in 2012.
He does research in engineering physics and thermal physics (high-temperature reactors and industrial furnaces), physics of combustion, methods for synthesis of new materials with unique properties (silicon carbide ceramics, carbon nanomatherials, hollow glass and ceramics microspheres etc.), statistical physics (percolation theory) and kinetic theory, in particular description of viral disease dymanics by mathematical methods.
