I over see the Urban Ecology lab as Professor of Biology at the University of Central Florida (UCF). I am a broadly trained ecologist with varied research experience. I was Director of Landscape and Natural Resources and Arboretum at UCF from 2010-2022, during which time I oversaw campus landscape planning and operations, and supported student leadership development, volunteer engagement and undergraduate research projects and internships. I also contribute to UCF's sustainability initiatives.
