个人简介
I am hold bachelor's degree in Biomedicine by Universidade Bandeirante de São Paulo - UNIBAN (2006), Master's degree in Medical Sciences by Faculty of Medicine of University of São Paulo (USP) (2011), Ph.D. in Fermentation Technology by University of São Paulo (USP), Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences (2018) and sandwich doctorate at University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences (Institute for Animal Nutrition, Products, and Nutrition Physiology), Vienna, Austria (2017). I have knowledge in oncology (emphasis on oncohematology and pharmacogenetics) and expertise in bioactive compounds (antibacterial and antifungal molecules) production by lactic acid bacteria fermentation, aiming food preservation for human and animal. Mainly topics: lactic acid bacteria, fungi, probiotics, prebiotics, fermentation process, microbiological safety of food and feed, animal nutrition (silage).
