Nila Pal received the M.Sc. degree in physics from Vidyasagar University, Midnapore, West Bengal, India, in 2016, and the Ph.D. degree from the School of Materials Science and Technology, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) (BHU) Varanasi, Varanasi, India, in 2022. She is working as an Institute Postdoctoral Fellow at IIT Kanpur, Kanpur, India. Her research interests include the fabrication of inorganic metal oxides and organic molecules based on a thin-film transistor or diode geometry to study the charge transport property and their applications in optoelectronics, sensors, and memory.
