I'm interested in sponge (Porifera) evolution and systematics, using various sources of data such as morphology, genetics, biogeography, ecology, microbial communities and secondary metabolites. My current project aims at revising and investigating Tetractinellida species (suborders Astrophorina and Spirophorina) from the north Atlantic, notably using chemical markers and metabolic profiling.
