Bio
Born in Rome on 16th of September 1992, attended his technical and bachelor studies in electronics and telecommunications in his hometown. Moved in Turin in 2015 to follow his carrier in the nanotechnology engineering field. Has developed attention towards the energy harvesting field and combining it with his interests in electronic devices has begun his studies in electrochemistry.
In 2017 has started his Ph.D career at the Italian Institute of Technologies, at the centre for sustainable and future technologies, concluded in 2020 with summa cum laude. During this period the application of electochemical sueprcapacitors to harsh environments was deepened, as well as materials characterization.
Developed his skills in fabrication and characterization of devices during his academic career. Thin film FET transistors with Schottky barriers as source and drain were characterized to determine the chromium-polysilicon junctions properties. All the fabrication steps were followed in the CNR laboratories at Tor Vergata during the bachelor degree activities. Continued with electronics devices characterizations and fabrication techniques in Politecnico di Torino during the MS thesis activities on Supercapacitors for high temperature application. Developed particular interest in the electrochemistry field, in particular in electrolytes and interfaces.
