Patricia Thébault received the degree in biology and the PhD degree in bioinformatics from the University of Toulouse, Toulouse, France, in 2004. From 2005 to 2007, she was a postdoctoral fellow in Lyon in the group of Marie-France Sagot. She is currently an assistant professor at the University of Bordeaux. Her research interests are in modeling expression and metabolism.
