Patrick J. Starks

Patrick J. Starks received the B.S. degree in physical geography from the University of Central Arkansas, Conway, AR, USA, in 1979, the M.A. degree in physical geography from the University of Nebraska-Omaha, Omaha, NE, USA, in 1984, and the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Agronomy, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Lincoln, NE, USA, in 1990. From 1990 to 1992, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow with the Department of Atmospheric Science, University of Missouri-Columbia. Since 1992, he has been a Research Soil Scientist with the United States Department of Agriculture's Agricultural Research Service, El Reno, OK, USA. He is currently with the USDA-ARS Grazinglands Research Laboratory, El Reno.
