Ou Bai

Ou Bai (M'01) was born in Beijing, People's Republic of China (P.R.C.), in 1967. He received the Diploma degree in electronic engineering from the Tsinghua University, P.R.C., in 1991 and the Ph.D. degree in the Department of Advanced System Control Engineering, Saga University, Japan, in 2000. From 1991 to 1993, he worked on integrated computer system in the Great Wall Computer Co. Ltd., Beijing, and subsequently, he worked as a Research Assistant in Tsinghua University, mainly engaged in digital signal processing. Now he is a Lecturer in the Faculty of Science and Engineering, Saga University. His current interests include biomedical signal processing, robotic techniques for supporting the aged people and control application on a novel ocean thermal energy conversion plant.
