Dr. Osman Tuncay Agar stands at the intersection of contemporary teaching and pioneering research in fields such as pharmacognosy, pharmacology, food chemistry, and phytotherapy. As a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the esteemed School of Agriculture, Food and Ecosystem Sciences (SAFES) at The University of Melbourne, he delves deep into food science and complementary medicine, drawing upon profound academic insights.
Simultaneously, in his role as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Pharmacy at Suleyman Demirel University, Dr. Agar plays a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of domain experts.
Having earned his PhD from the Pharmacognosy program at Hacettepe University's Faculty of Pharmacy, Dr. Agar has a distinguished academic journey, including a tenure as Deputy Dean at Suleyman Demirel University's Faculty of Pharmacy.
