Bio
I am a Researcher at National Research and Innovation Agency / Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional (BRIN). My research areas are food packaging, packaging material, food engineering, and food chemistry. I currently work on active packaging using volatile compounds to enhance shelf life of various food products, and consumer acceptance of the food packaging.
I completed my PhD in Food Quality Design Chair Group at Wageningen University and Research (WUR), working on Antimicrobial Food Packaging Design: Exploring the Potential of Allyl Isothiocyanate Release from Mustard Seeds. This research was funded by LPDP.
