Bio
Nora Hänni is an inorganic chemist by training and specialized in condensed matter research and instrumental analytics during her PhD studies at the University of Bern. After maternity leave, she joined the Rosetta/ROSINA group at the Physics Institute of the University of Bern as postdoctoral researcher, where she is investigating sublimating (semi-)volatile cometary species (in the laboratory as well as based on data from ESA’s Rosetta mission). She established an international network of collaborations, for instance with researchers from the multinational CoPhyLab (Comet Physcis Laboratory; she is part of the Bernese fraction of the team since 2019) project but also with local remote observers from the Center of Space and Habitability at the University of Bern.
