个人简介
Ninie has been working on improving the lives for the aging population through evidence-based, integrated care research and practice since 2004, before which she worked at Motorola (China), offering wireless internet business solutions to the telecom industry, and supported the ECDL Foundation’s expansion of digital literacy program ICDL in the Asia Pacific region. As a Standing Committee Member of the China Association of Gerontology and Geriatrics, Ninie is actively involved in domestic and international initiatives promoting healthy aging-related research, practice and policy.
Ninie has published various papers on the restorative integrated care service model, has participated in the drafting of various senior care industry standards and policy papers, and was a co-researcher of the continuous healthcare model together with top academic and medical institutions in China as well as internationally as a member of the World Health Organization's Clinical Consortium on Healthy Ageing.
Ninie is Johns Hopkins University - Tsinghua University DrPH candidate, has a BA Econ. from UIBE, and MBA from INSEAD. Ninie is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader and member of Global Agenda Council on Ageing, Global Future Council on Health and Healthcare. She was selected to join the first France-China Young Leaders Program. In 2014 she was awarded “Excellent Young Scholar” by China Association of Gerontology and Geriatrics. Ninie is a Fellow of the China Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
