Bio
Nikos Terzenidis received the B.Sc. degree from the School of Informatics, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Thessaloniki, Greece, in March 2015, and the M.Sc. degree in networks, communication and systems architecture in March 2017. Since 2016, he has been working toward the Ph.D. degree in the topic of optical communications. Since March 2015, he works as a Research Associate with the Center for Interdisciplinary Research and Innovation (CIRI), Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and with the Information Technologies Institute (ITI), Centre for Research and Technology Hellas (CERTH). He has been involved on several tasks of the EU-funded projects PhoxTroT, L3MATRIX, ICT-STREAMS, dRedBox, 5G-PHOS and NEBULA. His main research interests include optical switching architectures, data center disaggregation, digital design, and network modeling-simulation.
