Bio
His field of research is theoretical nanotechnology, with broad background in modeling material properties both using ab-initio electronic structure methods for solids, semiconductors and metals, including electronic transport and magnetic properties, but also statistical methods like molecular dynamics and Monte Carlo. Currently his work is focused on nanophotonics, plasmonics and metamaterials, as well as elastic wave propagation and acousto-optic interaction in the nanoscale.
