个人简介
Nikhilendu Tiwary (S’16) received the B.Tech. degree in applied electronics and instrumentation engineering from the Institute of Technical Education and Research, Bhubaneswar, India, in 2010, and the M.Tech. degree in biomedical engineering from IIT Bombay, Mumbai, India, in 2012, where he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Department of Electrical Engineering under the supervision of Prof. V. Ramgopal Rao. His research interests include design and fabrication of MEMS/NEMS based sensors, resonant sensors, III-V piezoelectric devices, and semiconductor physics.
