Nihar R. Mohapatra

Nihar R. Mohapatra (Senior Member, IEEE) is currently working as a Professor with the Electrical Engineering Department, IIT Gandhinagar, where he is joined in 2011. He was worked in semiconductor industries like IHP Microelectronics, Advanced Micro Devices, and Globalfoundries for eight years. During that time, he worked on different CMOS technologies and was responsible for integrating several memory devices (SRAM, eDRAM, and NVM) in bulk CMOS technologies. He has authored and coauthored several papers on international journals and conferences. His current research interests are in the areas of novel semiconductor device design with focus on high voltage devices, advanced semiconductor devices, indigenous technology development, semiconductor device modeling, and analog IC design.
