Her research activities in the Institute of Analytical Sciences, include conception and design of (bio)chemical sensors and their integration in microsystems. She is president of the Analytical Chemistry Division of the Chemical Society of France. She is currently tutoring 2 post-docs, 6 PhD students, 2 M.Sc. These students are involved in four European projects (among them BOND project) and in several national projects for the development of microsystems for biomedical and environmental monitoring and for food safety. She published more than 500 papers with more than 7900 citations (H index: 40).
