Nicholas W Roberts currently works in the School of Biological Sciences, University of Bristol. He is a sensory ecologist who studies how animals use and manipulate light. His groups uses a range of experimental techniques: from molecular to mechanistic studies, from theoretical modelling to field-based behavioural manipulations; investigating visual adaptations and animal behaviour.
