Bio
在Science、Nature、Nature Methods、Genome Research、Nucleic Acids Research、Aging Cell等杂志发表研究论文近50篇。目前以细胞衰老及癌变为研究体系,结合高通量测序、分子生物学、细胞生物学和生物信息学等手段研究复杂而多样化的转录组调控,特别是内含子保留和选择性多聚腺苷酸化这两种RNA加工成熟过程调控手段的功能、机制及生物学意义。先后主持国家科技部973计划课题和重点研发计划课题各1项、国家基金委重大研究计划培育项目1项及面上项目3项。
