脑白质作为脑区之间信息沟通的桥梁,是大脑重要组成部分之一。脑白质结构与认知行为个体差异存在紧密关联,许多重大脑疾病也与白质损伤有关,然而目前对白质的功能却知之甚少。因此,本课题组主要利用基于神经影像的脑白质结构定量分析技术,开展认知行为个体差异与认知障碍神经机制研究,主要研究内容包括:(1)白质结构神经影像的定量计算分析方法,(2)脑疾病白质损伤的个体化定量评估,(3)认知发展与认知老化个体差异的神经机制,以及(4)认知障碍的风险建模与个体预测。
