Her research interests include the development of test methods and guidelines for eco-toxicological testing of particle pollutants, nano- and microplastics as carriers for chemicals in the environment, and occurrences and effects of nano- and microplastics in the environment. She is interested in science communication and the link between science, chemical risk assessment and regulation.
