Bio
I am a lecturer in Solid- State and Accelerators Department National Center for Radiation Research and Technology(NCRRT), Atomic Energy Authority(EAEA), B.O. Box 29 Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt, NCRRT, EAEA, 29. I have a Ph.D. degree from Ain Shams University since 2016. My research concentrate on fabrication and characterization of 1D, 2D and 3D Nanomaterials that applicable in:-
• Smart Textiles used in Capacitors, Transistors and Photodiodes devices technology.
• Semi Magnetic Semiconductors used in spintronic devices.
• Energy storage materials used in Super-capacitors and Batteries.
I have some experience in:
1- Preparation of Diluted Magnetic Semiconductor with Quenching bulk material and thin film by Thermal Evaporation, Also preparation Metal Oxide Semiconductor nanomaterials by Co-precipitate and Sol-Gel powder and thin film by spin coating.
2-Preparation Conductive Polymers embedded with Semiconductor Metal Oxides, Also preparation Conductive Textiles by loaded Metals Metal Oxides on Fabric then make Chemical Polymerization on them
3- Preparation and characterization of cathodes ( spinal and perveskaite materials), anodes, and electrolytes for metal-ion batteries.
4- Preparation and characterization of thermoelectric materials by solvothermal method
