Muhammad Nawaz-ul-Rehman

I am working as a virologist in the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad. Our main focus are single stranded DNA viruses, which contribute to losses in agriculture. We want to understand the replication mechanism of satellites associated with ssDNA viruses. The role of satellites is unclear. By dissecting the replication mechanism at cellular and molecular level, we aim to identify the network of proteins from hosts involved in virus replication.
