Bio
Muhammad Nazmul Hasan currently completing his doctoral course as a PhD student at Department of Biochemistry at Aichi Medical University, Nagakute, Japan. His research focus mainly emphasize on improvement of genome editing by CRISPR/Cas9 technology. He designs different guide RNA, produce clones, perform FCM analysis etc. to check knock-in and knock-out cell clones and introduce mutation in different genomic loci and correct them by different novel CRISPR/Cas9 based genome editing technology.
