个人简介
Ali’s research focuses on measuring effectiveness of workforce diversity management policies and practices and work-life programs. He also investigates the human resource elements of corporate governance. His research has provided important insights in the areas of board age and gender diversity, managerial and non-managerial gender diversity, work-life programs, gender-focused HRM, age diversity practices, board size and firm performance. He has published several papers in high quality peer-reviewed journal.
