个人简介
Dr. Mouni Roy has earned her PhD degree and performed her thesis work in CSIR CGCRI, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Her thesis work was majorly focused on synthesis of cost-effective mesoporous transitional metal oxides semiconductors for its application towards water remediation. She has gained more than two years of post PhD research experience while working in repute Indian Institutes, National Institute of Technology, Durgapur and Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. She was been associated with Banasthali Vidyapith, as Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry where she taught courses related to Physical Chemistry and General Chemistry, to Masters and Bachelor's students, there. Currently has been engaged as Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry, Central University of South Bihar. She is also well trained in executing online teaching programs. Along with teaching she is engaged in research activities too. Few PhD student and M.Sc. project students are currently working under her guidance. She has fifteen international publications and two book chapter. Dr. Roy has also completed Sponsored DST SERBNPDF Project (No. PDF/2017/000390) on Nano porous Transition Metal Based Semiconductors towards Catalysis and in Electrochemical. Applications, as sole PI. Recently, her UGC-Startup Project has been approved, where she would be engaged as PI. Apart from this she has presented her research work in many national and international conferences. Currently, she is associated with few international journals as editorial board members. She had attended several training based programs and have achieved few international and national awards.
