Dr. Mohit Goswami currently works in the Operations Management group, Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur as Assistant Professor. His research interests include product line design, supply chain risk modelling, new product development and organizational collaboration in manufacturing organizations. He teaches courses at MBA as well as PhD programs. At MBA level, he has primarily taught Business Statistics and Service Operations. At PhD level he had taught courses related to Supply Chain Management. Prior to joining academia, Dr. Goswami had worked for more than a decade with global manufacturers such Caterpillar Inc. (Decatur, Illinois, USA), Tata Motors (Jamshedpur/Pune, India) and Tata Hitachi Construction Machinery Company Ltd. (Jamshedpur, India).
