I am an environmental and cancer epidemiologist with training in clinical medicine, multiple 'omics and bioinformatics. I use epigenomics, transcriptomics, adductomics, proteomics, and metabolomics to identify intermediate markers that lie within putative causal pathways between environmental and occupational exposures and chronic cardiometaboloic diseases and cancers. My research examines the impact of environmental contaminants on molecular biomarkers and the extent to which these alterations contribute to the disease risk throughout the life span.
