个人简介
Mohammad Hojjati is currently a Professor in the Department of Food Science and Technology of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources University of Khuzestan in southwest Iran. He was born in 1975 in Tehran and received his B.S. (1997) and M.S. (2002) degrees in Food Science and Technology from Isfahan University of Technology and Tarbiat Modares University, respectively. He joined the Department of Food Science and Technology as an Instructor in 2003. After completing a Ph.D. (2011) degree in Food Biotechnology from the University of Tehran, he continued to work as an Assistant Professor in the same department. He was promoted to the position of Professor in January 2021. His research is centered on Food Chemistry, Food Analysis, Food Biotechnology, and the application of functional and natural ingredients in food products.
