Bio
Mohammad Fikry is a lecturer in the Department of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering, Benha University, Egypt. Dr Fikry has obtained his PhD in Food Engineering in 2019 from Universiti Putra Malaysia. He completed his MSC study from the Department of Agricultural Engineering, King Saud University, Saudi Arabia. His research interest areas are in food engineering, food processing, food powder technology, functional foods and food shelf life.
