个人简介
Dr. Naim holds doctorate from prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, Inida on the topic "Enablers of retention of Gen Y talent: A study of IT industry in India". His research interests include talent management of Gen Y / Millennilas and Gen Z, knowledge sharing, social media for human resources, mentoring, employee attitudes, employee retention. His research works have appeared in Journal of Knowledge management, Employee relations, Industrial and commercial training, Journal of Management & Organization, Europe's Journal of Psychology and so on. Dr. Naim is recipient of 'Young Research Award' at 14th HUSOC Conference in February 2016 in Dubai, UAE. Besides, he is actively involved in academic reviewing for reputed peer-reviewed journals in the field of management.
