1) Relieving the pain and suffering of epilepsy patients using my clinical expertise and research background is the culmination of many years of effort, both in the clinic and the lab. I am currently developing a novel imaging method to explore the mechanism of post traumatic epileptogensis. 2) Understanding the neural substrate of human cognition has been my passion since I started my journey in medicine. I am using stereo-EEG recordings to study the neural mechanism of attention control.
