In the Product Knowledge Team, my org is responsible for enable the Extension, Management and Dissemination of Product Knowledge. Product knowledge involves: Product Types (“What is the basic type of a product”), e.g. Television; Attributes (“What are the properties of a product”), e.g. Brand, Resolution, Model Number; Enumerations (“What are the known values for the attributes of a product”), e.g. 480p, 1080p, 4K; Product Classes (“How do we cluster/group products other than just by their type”), e.g. 4K Samsung LED TVs; and Class Relationships (“How do 2 or more Product Classes/Types relate to each other”), e.g. Complements, Accessories.
