Bio
Mohamed Farhat received the master’s degree in theoretical physics and the Ph.D. degree in optics and electromagnetism from Aix-Marseille University, Aix-en-Provence, France, in 2006 and 2010, respectively.
His Ph.D. dissertation was titled by “Metamaterials for Harmonic and Biharmonic Cloaking and Superlensing.” He has authored more than 100 publications, including one edited book, 94 journal papers, seven book chapters, and five international patents, as well as more than 90 conference papers, with more than 4700 citations, in January 2023. He has organized several special sessions at the meta conferences. He has co- edited the book Transformation Wave Physics: Electromagnetics, Elastodynamics and Thermodynamics at Pan Stanford Publishing. His research is in the fields of plasmonics and metamaterials with applications spanning optical and acoustical waves.
Dr. Farhat is an Active Reviewer for many international journals in Physics, including Physical Review Letters and Nature Physics.
