Mingyi Chen (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in microelectronics and solid-state electronics from Tianjin University, Tianjin, China, and the Ph.D. degree in microelectronics and solid-state electronics from the Chinese Academy of Science, Beijing, China, in 2014. From 2016 to 2018, he was a Postdoc Research Fellow with IMEC, Leuven, designing high-performance biomedical front-end for non-contact vital signal acquisition. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the Department of Micro and Nano Electronics Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China. His research interests include analog/mixed signal circuits, biomedical interface, wireless power and data telemetry, energy harvesting, and power management unit. He wins the seal of excellence under 2018’s Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions.
