Bio
Dr. Milada Pezo is research professor from the Institute of Nuclear Sciences VINČA. She received BSc, MSc and PhD degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, at the Department of Automatic Control and Department of Thermal Power Engineering (doctoral thesis "Numerical Simulations of Boiling Crises Mechanism in Evaporation Pipes", master thesis "Numerical Simulation and Analysis of Two Phase Flow in Kettle Reboiler"). The main fields of her research works are in the field of thermal-hydraulics, computational multi-fluid dynamics in the chemical, process industry and the energy sector, energy efficiency and renewable energy sources, granular transportation, mixing and separation processes. Her scientific work is in the fields of mathematical modelling and numerical simulations of heat and mass transfer in multi-phase flow, transportation, mixing and separation the particles, research and development in the field of energy efficiency. Dr. Milada Pezo has published over 100 ‘peer-reviewed’ articles in international scientific journals, periodicals and conference proceedings and she was involved in several international projects.
