个人简介
Mike Bradley is a senior research associate in the Inclusive Design group within the Engineering Design Centre. He is interested in interaction design for the most difficult to accommodate users - which tend to be those who have little or no digital experience and/or those who are reluctant to learning new interactions. In many cases designing for older users with little technology prior experience tend to be good proxies for these. He believes that good interaction design caters for those who struggle with digital interactions, as well as early technology adopters. He also carries out consultancy projects in the areas of medical device assessment, auditing products and services for inclusion, and Human Factors/Ergonomics projects.
He is currently working on a JLR/EPSRC funded project looking at the human factors of drivers taking over control from autonomous driving and on an RSSB funded project exploring how to make digital navigation of railway journeys more inclusive.
