个人简介
Miguel Sepulcre is Associate Professor at the Communications Engineering Department of Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche (UMH), Spain, and member of UWICORE lab working in wireless vehicular and industrial networks. He received a Telecommunications Engineering degree in 2004 and a Ph.D. in Communications Technologies in 2010, both from UMH. He was awarded by the COIT (Spanish official association of Telecommunication Engineers) with the ONO prize to the best national Ph.D. He has been visiting researcher at the European Space Agency (ESA) in Noordwijk (The Netherlands) in 2004, at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in Karlsruhe (Germany) in 2009, and at Toyota InfoTechnology Center in Tokyo (Japan) in 2014. He has received several awards at international and national conferences. He serves as Associate Editor for the IEEE Vehicular Technology Magazine and IEEE Communications Letters, and is part of the Editorial Board of the IEEE Connected Vehicle Initiative. He was TPC Co-Chair of IEEE VTC2018-Fall, IEEE/IFIP WONS 2018 and IEEE VNC in 2016, Publicity Co-Chair in ACM VANET in 2012 and 2013, track-chair in IEEE VTC-Spring 2015 and IEEE VTC-Fall 2011.
