个人简介
As a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Bern, I have been focused on developing effective artificial intelligence methods for predicting the severity and disease quantification of lung diseases like COVID-19 and pulmonary fibrosis. In addition, my doctoral thesis was focused on designing and developing a green intelligence medical system for deploying medical diagnostic tools inside hospitals with energy-efficient computing clusters. Furthermore, as a computer scientist, I have specialized in developing deep learning frameworks to create neural networks, training them using distributed systems, and applying them to medical diagnosis using heterogeneous data like structural data, free-clinical notes, and medical imaging. Also, I have experience in parallel and distributed programming techniques and performance modeling for scaling scientific applications in high-performance computing.
