个人简介
Entrepreneur, researcher, mentor, and software consultant with broad knowledge and understanding of a range of topics related to software and computer science, including software development processes, practices, tools, programming paradigms, formal methods, and human aspects of software engineering.
Since 2018, Michał is working on developing a simulator based on Unreal game engine for testing autonomous car software. Michał is coordinating the simulation team. The simulator is currently used by the autonomous soft. team.
Since 2016, Michał is working on various aspects of autonomous vehicles, including architecture, real-time aspects, mapping, routing, and system integration
Since 2016, Michał is managing NSERC CREATE in Product-Line Engineering for Cyber-Physical Systems at University of Waterloo as a program coordinator
Since 2011, Michał is overseeing and contributing to the development of Clafer Tools, which includes design, implementation, testing, and documenting.
Michał published in top research journals (Trans. on Soft. Eng., J. of Autom. Soft. Eng.) and received a distinguished paper award at one of the top conferences in software engineering (Autom. Soft. Eng.). Michał is continuing to mentor Ph.D., MASc., and co-op students as well as undergraduate research assistants. He has had much success in helping students identify research problems and evaluate possible solutions.
Overall, Michał is highly valued by his colleagues and business partners for his constructive feedback, responsibility, perseverance, positive attitude, and enthusiasm. He is an excellent team player who values discussion based on merits.
